When you breathe deeply, you are saying “YES” to experiencing your aliveness.

When you are chronically stressed or depressed, your breath is shallow. Most people do not breathe deeply enough. Shallow breath cues the body to perpetuate the cycle of anxiety, stress and living on the surface.

Long, deep breaths can act as a key to unlocking the stress cycle.

The body remembers what the mind forgets— your breath is like a deep cleanser for memories that are stored in your body.

By breathing deeply, you can release long-held beliefs and traumas and begin to live life with greater ease.
